Chima’s journey began with an unexpected turn. After obtaining his first degree in Geology, he ventured into a completely different realm as a care assistant. It was during this time that he discovered an innate affinity for the health and social care sector, realising that his true calling lay in providing compassionate care and support to those with needs.

Driven by a profound desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals, I embarked on a journey to establish my own organisation. In the pursuit of providing exceptional care, a fundamental question consumed my thoughts: How can I ensure unwavering quality when I cannot be present at all times to personally oversee the delivery of care? I found the answer in my real life experiences.
